Prices and shipping costs
The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components.
We charge a flat rate of 4.90 euros per order for delivery within Germany (orders over 50.00 euros are free of charge within Germany) and 11.90 euros within the EU (member states of the European Community), Switzerland and Norway (orders over EUR 150.00 are free of shipping costs). The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you on the product pages, in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
The dispatch is done exclusively with DHL (Germany) and DHL Premium (outside Germany)

Notes on returns
The modalities mentioned in this section “Returns” are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal according to the section “Instructions on the right of withdrawal for consumers”.
